Exchanges & Return Policy

At Amara Muse, we put great care into every piece we create and want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we gladly accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Eligibility:

  • Timeframe: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging, with all tags attached.

  • Exclusions: Final sale items, gift cards, and any item that has been altered or damaged (outside of shipping issues) are not eligible for return.

Return Shipping:
While we offer free shipping on all orders, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We’ll provide a return label, and the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds:

  • Refunds for approved returns will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, per your preference.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at hello@amaramuse.com within 24 hours of delivery, including clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed and approved, we’ll offer a replacement, refund, or store credit at no cost to you.

How to Return:

  1. Email hello@amaramuse.com to initiate your return.

  2. Once approved, you’ll receive a return label via email.

  3. Refunds and exchanges are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
